Intermediate Throwing, Saturdays, 5-7pm, beginning 11/1/25

*Intro to pottery or similar experience required.*

In our Intermediate Class we focus on using a variety of weights of clay, adding handles, adding spouts, shaping, and trimming our pots. Intro to Pottery or similar wheel throwing experience is a prerequisite of this class. Students who have not come from our intro class must be able to throw a 4 inch cylinder. Price includes all clay, glazes, and firing of up to 10 pieces.

Students attend once a week for 6 weeks. Classes are 2 hours long.  Studio time for students is unlimited for weeks 1-4.  At the end of class we include 3 additional days (The Friday, Saturday, and Sunday directly following the end of class.)  for students to be able to come in and perfect their glazing vision.

You will also need a set of beginner tools, 1 gallon bucket, car wash sponge, and a towel.  These can be purchased from the studio on the first day of class for $30.

Class is for adults 18 and older.
