Welcome to our FAQ section! Here, we address many of the common questions about our pottery studio, classes, and more. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

We offer a variety of classes for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced potters. Our classes include hand-building techniques, wheel throwing, and glazing. Check our schedule for available sessions!

Booking a class is easy! Simply visit our Online Booking page, select the class you’d like to attend, and choose a date that works for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

Our studio is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. We also have extended hours on Thursdays for evening classes. Feel free to stop by and check us out!

Yes! We have a beautiful gallery where you can purchase pottery made by our talented students and teachers. Each piece is unique and perfect for home decor or gifts.

You can easily register online through our website. Just select the class you’re interested in, choose a date, and fill in your details. If you prefer, you can also reach out to us via phone or email to complete your registration.

We provide most materials for your classes, but feel free to bring an apron to keep your clothes clean. If you have specific tools or brushes you prefer to use, you can bring those too!

Our classes typically have a small size, usually around 6-10 students, which allows for personalized attention and a great experience for everyone. We believe smaller classes foster a better learning environment.

Our classes are designed for adults aged 30-50, but we welcome anyone with a passion for pottery! If you’re under 18, please contact us for options.

Your Questions Answered

Here are some common inquiries regarding our studio policies.

If you need to cancel your class, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that life can get busy, and we want to accommodate you where possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are available if cancellations are made according to our policy within the specified timeframe. Otherwise, we can offer you a credit that you can apply to a future class.

Your safety is our priority. We follow strict cleaning protocols, provide all necessary materials, and maintain a safe working environment to ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone.
