Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in Peaceful Potter. A great deal of time, care, and resources are put into every single class to ensure that you have an excellent experience with us. For this reason, we follow the cancellation policy below without exception.
If you need to cancel two weeks or more prior to the start of class you will be refunded the full amount minus a $50 processing fee, or you may receive the full amount as a credit to be applied toward an upcoming class within 90 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours to 13 days prior to class you will be given a credit in the full amount of the original payment to be used within 90 days.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to class will receive a credit equal to half of the original cost of the class to be used within 90 days.
Anyone who does not contact the studio prior to class and “no shows” will forfeit their class payment as well as any refunds or credits.
No refunds will be given after a class has already started.
We understand that things come up. So please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that another guest may book the class.
All cancellations are not considered final until requested by email to a.peaceful.potter@gmail.com
Private Parties:
Due to the limited availability of private parties and the need to often order in additional materials and supplies, private parties and pre-ordered Christmas trees are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded. These payment are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Pottery by Design/ Custom Pottery:
Due to the specialized nature of these items, once production has begun they are nonrefundable.
*** If a class is cancelled by the studio due to weather or unforeseen circumstance, the class will be extended by a week to make up the lost time.

You can cancel your class up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. After that, we can offer a class credit for a future session. If you need to reschedule, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, you can transfer your class to a friend if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Just provide us with their name and contact, and we’ll handle the rest!
If you miss a class, we can provide you with an overview of what was covered and suggest resources to catch up. Many of our class series include studio time where you can make up what you missed independently
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance. After that, see the cancellation policy for more details on what your options are.
Just bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn! We provide all the materials. Some classes require specialized tools. See the listings for each individual class for a list of what you will need. Feel free to wear old clothes, as pottery can get a bit messy.
