Thank you for your interest in Peaceful Potter. A great deal of time, care, and resources are put into every single class to ensure that you have an excellent experience with us. For this reason, we follow the cancellation policy below without exception.
If you need to cancel two weeks or more prior to the start of class you will be refunded the full amount minus a $50 processing fee, or you may receive the full amount as a credit to be applied toward an upcoming class within 90 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours to 13 days prior to class you will be given a credit in the full amount of the original payment to be used within 90 days.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to class will receive a credit equal to half of the original cost of the class to be used within 90 days.
Anyone who does not contact the studio prior to class and “no shows” will forfeit their class payment as well as any refunds or credits.
We understand that things come up. So please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that another guest may book the class.
All cancellations are not considered final until requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the limited availability of private parties and the need to often order in additional materials and supplies, private parties are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded. These payment are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
*** If a class is cancelled by the studio due to weather or unforeseen circumstance, the class will be extended by a week to make up the lost time.
